At www.kitchenandcompany, we believe in your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will credit your account or exchange the item. Simply return the item within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. 

In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, please contact us within five days of receiving your order.

We ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship international orders at this time.

Most orders for in-stock items placed before 1 pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed Friday after 1 pm EST typically ship on Monday. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Additional processing time may be necessary and we will contact you if this is the case. Please refer to your Status Update email for delivery details and tracking.

We will send you the following emails to help advise you on the status of your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon order placement, following by a Shipping Confirmation, Out for Delivery and Delivered email to let you know that your package has been delivered safely!


Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

Step 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that paper strip with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Step 3: Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.


Due to technical restrictions, you are not able to change or cancel your order prior to delivery once it has been confirmed. If you would like to purchase a different item, or no longer wish to receive your order, please return the item you don't want within 30 days of receipt ( see return policy) and place a new order if desired.
